Please be assured, we are operating safely and despatching orders as normal.
Our dog beds are handmade to order and will be despatched as quickly as possible.
We endeavour to ship all orders within 7 days.
Small single items (eg. one blanket) will be sent with Royal Mail.
All other items will be sent via a 48 hour courier service.
Large items such as settees over 100cm, memory foam beds over 120cm etc will require a ‘Large’ shipping service and, therefore, the shipping cost is a little higher for these items.

Unfortunately, we do not ship to BFPO addresses.
Shipping costs will be calculated based on size and/or weight and confirmed during the checkout process.
We will ask you to provide your email address and phone number during checkout so that our delivery partners can contact you to notify you of a delivery date and time.
If you are not in when the parcel arrives, Royal Mail will keep the package at their local depot for up to 7 days, enabling you to pick it up or arrange redelivery. After 7 days, if you have not collected the parcel it is then returned to us.
Other Courier Service
You will usually be notified of a delivery date and time and will be given the option to change it. If they are unable to deliver the parcel, they will advise you of the delivery attempt and they will usually keep the package at their local depot, enabling you to pick it up or arrange redelivery. After their specified timeframe, if you have not collected the parcel it is then returned to us.
Failed or non delivered parcels that are returned to us will incur additional charges. Redelivery charges will apply to orders that need to be reshipped.
Although we will always do our utmost to accommodate amendments to an order upon request, we cannot guarantee it will be possible.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel orders once they are in production as they are individually made to order.
