Returns

We strongly encourage you to take the time to correctly measure your pet and/or check any contributory factors, such as crate size, prior to placing your order to ensure the size / type of product you select properly meets your requirements.

All of our FawPaws Sleep dog beds and our FawPaws Fashion dog apparel is individually made to order and as such we cannot accept ‘buy-several-keep-one’ orders. We reserve the right to cancel any orders believed to have been made with that intention.

Please note that because our dog apparel and our dog beds are lovingly handmade, they may be subject to minor variations in sizing etc.

Faulty Items

In the unfortunate event that you have a faulty item that you need to return, please get in touch so we can provide you with details of how to send the faulty item back to us.

On safe receipt of the returned item, we will issue you a full refund.  Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item for you.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

If you are returning an item to us for exchange due to a fault, we will not charge you delivery when we send you a replacement item and we will send it via a tracked service.

Delivery charges will apply to any replacement/exchange items where the original item is found to be NOT faulty.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with a purchase you have made, you can return the item to us within 14 days.

Please get in touch so we can provide you with details of how to send the item back to us.

The cost of returning items to us is your responsibility.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • Returned in their original packaging (including any shrink wrapping, seals, tags etc)
  • Have the original documentation enclosed
  • Received by us within 14 days from the date you receive your order

If we suspect that the goods have been used or any of the above conditions are not met then we reserve the right to refuse a refund and/or to return the goods to you.

Items that are supplied in sealed packaging that has been opened are non-refundable and non-exchangeable as they will be unsuitable for resale.

We regret that we are unable to accept returns of partially used food items and/or any other perishable goods.
